Tina Thomas is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and long time facilitator based in Metairie, Louisiana. She supports individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and periods of spiritual or existential change. Her work is grounded in depth oriented, relational care that honors both psychological insight and lived experience.
Tina brings decades of experience integrating psychotherapy, personality based frameworks, and spiritually informed approaches. Her style is warm, direct, and deeply attuned, offering clients a space that is both grounding and expansive. Whether working individually, facilitating groups, or holding space in retreat settings, she emphasizes clarity, self understanding, and integration over quick fixes.
She holds a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and a PhD in Biopsychology, with post doctoral training at Duke University. Tina has worked across clinical, academic, medical, and retreat environments, and has been a longtime contributor to integrative and holistic models of care. She continues to offer therapy, consulting, and integration support both virtually and in person.
Tina values creating spaces that feel real, respectful, and thoughtfully held. She is especially well suited for people seeking depth, self knowledge, and meaningful change during times of transition or inner reorganization. Her work is rooted in the belief that growth happens through awareness, relationship, and conscious engagement with oneβs inner life.
