Fay Kimbrell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her work is grounded in narrative therapy and the power of storytelling, helping clients explore their past, come to terms with their present, and intentionally create their future. Through an existential lens, Fay supports individuals in uncovering what gives their lives meaning, releasing patterns that no longer serve them, and moving toward alignment with their true values.

Fay views mind, body, spirit, and emotion as deeply interconnected, and she approaches therapy as a space to reconnect with inner wisdom. She utilizes the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help clients better understand and relate to their internal world, and she incorporates somatic therapy, including Shiftwave Technology, when appropriate.

Certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Fay also offers psychedelic integration support to help individuals process and make meaning of transformative experiences.
