LLMSW

Relational Psychotherapist | Trauma Informed Therapy | Life Transitions & Identity Work

Jordan became a caring practitioner through his own journey with mental health, having experienced both the challenges of inadequate care and the transformative impact of compassionate, skilled support. This lived experience shapes his commitment to helping clients avoid the pitfalls of poor mental health care while offering therapy that is accessible, grounded, and genuinely human.

Jordan works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and major life transitions. His approach is relaxed and conversational, with a strong emphasis on building a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship first. He draws from person centered, strength based, existential, and empowerment focused perspectives, and integrates mindfulness, ACT, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and select elements of parts informed and somatic approaches as appropriate to each client.

Clients often describe Jordan as having a calm, steady presence that helps them feel understood and supported as they develop emotional awareness, strengthen regulation skills, and gain clarity around their inner experiences. He is especially passionate about men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and reducing barriers to care.

Jordan practices under supervision and is licensed in Michigan. He offers virtual therapy for individuals and couples and is based in Delaware.
