🌴 Jamaica Laughter IS Medicine Retreat with Andy & Dennis

Laughter IS Medicine Retreat is a weeklong gathering in Jamaica designed to explore psychedelics through joy, connection, and intentional presence. Hosted at the oceanfront Coral Cove Wellness Resort, this retreat emphasizes pacing, relationship, and integration rather than intensity or excess.

The retreat is co-led by Andy Sudbrock, a Caring Practitioners Circle practitioner and the founder of Sacred Path Retreats. Andy is a certified psychedelic integration coach and Breathwork instructor with extensive experience leading shamanic retreats internationally.

The experience includes one guided deep-dive mushroom ceremony alongside a lighter, playful day focused on creativity, movement, laughter, and shared exploration. Daily integration circles and unstructured time support reflection, rest, and the ability to carry insights into everyday life. Breathwork, creative expression, community meals, and celebration are woven throughout the week, with ample space to enjoy the natural beauty of the land and sea.
