Sarah Zoghbi, LPC

Psychotherapist | Training Faculty with Fluence | Community Cultivator | Ceremonialist

She/Her

Sarah Zoghbi is a Licensed Professional Counselor who values intuition as much as knowledge—a pragmatic, earthly mystic at heart. She serves on the training faculty with Fluence, an international leader in psychedelic therapy education, and has co-founded initiatives including the Loyola Center for Counseling & Education, Care for Creatives New Orleans, and the Psychedelic Society of New Orleans, where she continues to serve on the board.

In her clinical practice, Sarah specializes in trauma recovery, relational growth, and expanded states of consciousness. Rooted in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, she draws from a “medicine cabinet” of modalities including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic harm reduction and integration, aromatherapy, autogenic hypnosis, shamanic drum journeys, mindfulness, breathwork, and ceremonial practices. Her approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and experiential—creating a compassionate space that honors the innate wisdom within each person.

Sarah earned her M.S. in Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans, where she received multiple honors, and also holds B.A.s in Psychology and Theatre. Her postgraduate training in psychedelic-assisted therapy has been primarily through Fluence and MAPS/Lykos, enriched by apprenticeships with indigenous healers and mentorship across Hawaii, Germany, and the Americas. She carries a lineage in Germanic shamanic drum journey practice, and brings experience facilitating therapeutic retreats and contributing to innovative group models, reflected in her published research.

She is re-establishing her private practice, Psychevolve, in Nashville while continuing to serve clients via telehealth and in collaboration with The Center for Psychedelic Therapy at Spyre Center in New Orleans. Sarah welcomes opportunities to collaborate with fellow practitioners, support clients on their journeys, and contribute to the evolving field of psychedelic and integrative healing.
