Serena is a sex positive psychotherapist and relationship coach dedicated to LGBTQ+, nonmonogamous, and kink communities. Her work is trauma informed and grounded in the mind and body connection, helping clients reconnect with themselves, reclaim power, and build authentic relationships. 

She offers psychotherapy and relationship coaching that integrates trauma focused therapy, hypnotherapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, with a central emphasis on somatic parts work. Clients describe Serena as a calm, grounding presence who helps them unpack trauma and develop a positive relationship with all their parts. 

Serena specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirming care and in supporting ENM and kink aligned clients with anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns. She provides in person sessions in the Orlando and Winter Park area and virtual therapy across Florida. Coaching is available across the United States and internationally. 

Her background includes a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, ART training, IFS Level 1 training, and ongoing educator work through Expansive Education, where she designs courses for therapists and the public on gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. Recent offerings include training on power exchange dynamics and on supporting diverse identities in clinical practice.
