Founder of SpArc | Ceremonial Facilitator | Mentor
Ehren Cruz is a psychedelic ceremonialist, mentor, and founder of The SpArc, a depth-oriented rites-of-passage and mentorship program supporting healing, self-actualization, and purposeful leadership. His work is grounded in ethical, harm-reduction–centered psychedelic facilitation and over 17 years of dedicated study, practice, and service within entheogenic traditions.
Ehren supports individuals and groups navigating spiritual growth, life transitions, grief, nervous system regulation, shadow work, and initiation processes. He has guided more than 250 individual ceremonial experiences and facilitates group journeys rooted in thorough preparation, embodied presence, and meaningful integration. His approach blends ancestral ceremony with modern mentorship, emphasizing responsibility, discernment, and long-term transformation.
His ceremonial training includes elder apprenticeship within Havasupai, Azteca, and Lakota Sioux traditions, alongside years of study in Qabalistic and Vedic lineages. He currently serves as teaching faculty with the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, is an honorary board member of the Pearl Psychedelic Institute, and a founding member of the Psychedelic Society of Asheville.
Ehren offers virtual and in-person mentorship, group work, retreats, and ceremonial education. Alongside his wife Renee, he co-founded Communitas Sanctuary, a retreat center near Asheville, NC dedicated to healing, growth, and community connection. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Psychedelic Coach (CCP1), Ehren approaches his work as sacred service — guided by integrity, humility, and deep care for the human journey.
