Sofiya is a Louisiana based bodywork therapist, energy worker, and ceremonial leader serving New Orleans and Baton Rouge. She supports clients through integrative sessions that address the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of healing, with an emphasis on grounded care, intuitive attunement, and practical integration. 

Her work draws from decades in the healing arts and includes shiatsu and acupressure informed bodywork, aromatherapy, breathwork, guided meditation, reiki, sound healing, and yoga based practices. Sessions are eclectic and personalized, combining what is most useful for the client’s goals while centering safety, communication, and nervous system support. 

Sofiya also has a ceremonial and plant medicine background shaped by immersion in Amazonian lineages and training described through the Cultural Center of Ecuador. She is a co founder of Alchemy Incense and Apothecary and creates herbal and ceremonial products through Rising Phoenix Apothecary.
