The Psychedelic Society of New Orleans presents a Holistic Wellness Group: Shamanic Drum Journey with Sarah Zoghbi Buras, LPC, a carrier of a Germanic shamanic drum journey lineage. Guided by steady drumming, you will be supported to settle your body, soften your mind, and explore your inner landscape through imagery, intuition, and felt sense. 

This experience is open to both newcomers and experienced journeyers. You are welcome to participate at your own pace and rest as needed.

Cost

Sliding scale tickets: $30, $35, or $40 (plus ticket service fee). 

How to prepare

In the week leading up, consider a few minutes of daily stillness through meditation or quiet reflection. You can also journal about an area of life where you want insight or guidance to help clarify your intention. 

What to bring

• Yoga mat or squishy mat

• Blanket

• Pillow

• Eyeshades or a scarf to block light
